Seven-day ACL rehab journal
This free journal works in your browser. Pick a start date, then for each day you can optionally record self-reported pain, session length and a short note. You get a plain text preview to download or print. No account is needed.
Recording observations consistently
A useful record is a regular one. Note the same things each day, ideally at the same time: what you did, for how long, and how it felt.
The 0 to 10 pain field is your own observation of the moment. These numbers do not indicate a rehab phase and do not decide anything. Progression stays a decision made with your care team.
Using the summary before an appointment
Once your days are filled in, generate the summary. It appears as plain text, and you can download it or print it from your browser.
Bring it to your appointment as a starting point for the discussion. It offers no interpretation, no target and no exercise. It only gathers what you wrote, day by day. For general context, see the ACL rehab protocol guide.
How it differs from the planned app
This journal is a simple tool, available today. Entries stay in the page: they are not sent to a server and are not kept after you close or reload it. Download or print before leaving.
The rehab tracking app in preparation aims wider: planned sessions, measurement history, documents and a consultation summary. It is not open yet.
Is my data saved?
No. It stays in the open page and is not sent to a server or kept after you close or reload it. Download or print the summary before you leave.
Do I have to fill in every field?
No. Only the start date is required. Self-reported pain, session length and notes are optional.
Does the journal interpret my numbers?
No. It gives no interpretation, target or exercise suggestion. It is a practical record to prepare a discussion with your care team.
